  • You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. In this case, you will be notified via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • We offer standard and express shipping options. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
    • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Free standard shipping is available for domestic shipping (UK).

Domestic Shipping (UK)

  • We ship to all addresses within the UK.
  • Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, while express options can be delivered within 1-2 business days.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship internationally to select countries. Please check at checkout if your location is eligible.
  • International shipping times vary depending on the destination. You can expect delivery within 5 to 10 business days.
  • Additional customs fees or import taxes may apply for international shipments. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your order’s journey.
  • If you have not received a tracking number within 3 days, please contact our customer service team at hello@dorotaslifestyle.com.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • ME WELL™ is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damaged product, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

Delays

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to external factors like customs, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant delays.
