Refund policy

We hope you love your ME WELL™ products, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a return within 30 days of your purchase.

How to Return an Item:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@dorotaslifestyle.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your product back to us.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Faulty Products:

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Exceptions:

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened products unless they are defective.
